During the COVID pandemic, the "Stuck @ Home Series" was created with exercises, Taekwondo techniques and forms leading up-to Black Belt III (Dan III). The videos are 30-40 minutes long. The CDC says "daily" 30-min exercise helps improve mood; stamina and sleep; increase immunity and cardiovascular health; reduce stress and anxiety; and reduce cholesterol and enhance blood flow. This is a challenging series--if you haven't had had any experience with Karate or Taekwondo, my advise is to take it easy.
Research has shown that regular exercise (~ 30 min. daily) has been shown to improve the ability to regulate immune system, which may be essential for avoiding the severe symptoms of COVID-19 caused by immune system over-reactions. Regular practice of adequate intensity is also suggested as an auxiliary tool in strengthening and preparing the immune system for COVID-19.
